This makes for an ideal rental unit, in-law suite, or even home office.  

The rental suite has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and an open, light filled living and eating space, offering dramatic views to the outside while maintaining a sense of privacy to the resident. Vaulted ceilings and two skylights give a sense of volume, creating a peaceful, relaxing living space.

At the rear of the house is a ground floor studio or workspace space with a tall ceiling, large sets of windows, a skylight and plenty of storage. Designed to be flexible enough for an artist or a woodworker, the space can serve as the perfect spot to pursue your hobby in peace- we even remembered the sink.
